Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee (4 appointments): No
nominations were submitted, and Chairman Tice made a Folg to postpone the four
appointments until the June 20, 2006 meeting.

Historic Properties Commission (2 appointments): Due to no nominations being
submitted by the Historic Properties Commission, Chairman Tice made a EEito
remove the two appointments from the agenda until such time as candidate names were
available.

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, Chairman Tice made a
