The North Iredell Park Capital Project will be financed by this fund and shall include the following costs: Current Change Amended Land $310,000 $310,000 Professional Services Park Master Plan 45,000 45,000 Fundraising Expenses - 10,000 10,000 Professional Services — Other 10,000 10.000 $355,000 $20.000 $375.000 Section 2. Funds for the North Iredell Park Capital Project will be provided from the following sources: Transfer from Parks Reserve Fund $355,000 - $355,000 Fundraising Receipts - 10,000 10,000 Donations 10.000 10.000 355.000 $20.000 $375.000 Section 3. This Capital Project Fund shall continue until the project is complete. Section 4. Payments from this Capital Project Fund shall be authorized by the County Manager or his designee. Section 5. Any funds remaining in the North Iredell park Capital Project at completion of the project will be transferred to the Parks Capital Reserve Fund. END OF BUDGET ORDINANCE Update on the LeaWay Company Request for an Expansion of a Non - Conforming Use: Planning Supervisor Steve Warren said that since the May 9, 2006 meeting, a letter had been received from Applicant Steve Lea requesting withdrawal of the nonconforming use expansion request. Warren read the letter as follows: To, Iredell County Board of Commissioners Sara Haire Tice, Chairman In regards to our application for expansion of a nonconforming use. Due to the extreme importance to Iredell County and agriculture in this matter, we respectfully withdraw our application at this time. This will allow us to collect information and documentation to properly address issues that were raised at the last meeting that pertain to the board of commissioners. We will also gather information of licensing and regulations required to operate this facility and are the responsibility of other government entities put in place to police daily plant operations.
