REVISION TO THE MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE MONTH OF
MARCH: County Manager Mashburn said the National Association of Counties'
Legislative Conference would be held in Washington, D.C., on March 4-8. He said the
commissioners' March 7 meeting would conflict with the conference, and he proposed
