Mourne $5.8 million - Williams Street $14.7 million Commissioner Norman asked the annual operating costs. Carol said they had not been calculated. He said a figure might be calculated this summer, and that Mecklenburg would absorb the base costs. Carol said three to five percent would be his estimate. Commissioner Robertson said he heard it would be $1 million. Carol said it wouldn't be that much.
