the respective agency to the Department of Cultural
Resources for archiving. The documents were scanned, in
the order in which they were received, using an optical
scanner at 300 dpi and written to microfilm 1:1 (without
scaling). The resulting images are approximately 1/24th the
size of original documents, equivalent to a photographic
reduction ratio of 24:1.
