THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
FOR
THE COUNTY OF IREDELL NORTH CAROLINA
The Board of Commissioners for the County of Iredell,
North Carolina, met in regular session at the Iredell County
Agricultural Center in Statesville, North Carolina, at 7:30
P.M., December 21, 1982.
Present: Chairman Joe H. Troutman, III, presiding, and
Commissioners Murdock, Mills, ostwalt, and Camobell
Absent: None
Also present: Alice Fortner, Clerk to the Board;
Robert N. Randall, Iredell County Attorney; Burwell
whitt,ntnn. Statesvi ae Record & Landmark; Jon Anderson,
Thorneburg Hosiery Company, Inc.

Commissioner Troutman introduced the following
resolution, a copy of which had been distributed to each
Commissioner and the title of which was read:
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE BY THE IREDELL
COUNTY INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AND POLLUTION CONTROL
FINANCING AUTHORITY OF ITS INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND
(THORNEBURG HOSIERY COMPANY, INC. PROJECT) IN THE
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $2,300,000 TO FINANCE AN INDUSTRIAL
PROJECT FOR THORNEBURG HOSIERY COMPANY, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the
County of Iredell:
Section 1. The Board of Commissioners has determined
and does hereby declare as follows:
