questioned whether or not two appointments were needed on this task
force since the bylaws indicate the membership shall be no less
than 12risons and no more than 30 persons. There are currently
12 members on this Board. The county manager said the staff would
check on this matter.
MOTION by Chairman Haire to postpone this item until the
February 4 meeting.

Commissioner Fortner nominated Mrs. Mary Schwartz and Mr. Bill
Hepler for this committee.
MOTION by Chairman Haire to accept Schwartz and Hepler by
acclamation and to table the last appointment until February 4.
VOTING: Ayes - 5; Nays - 0.
