SURPLUS PROPERTY: MOTION from Commissioner Campbell
to approve the following resolution pertaining to surplus
property and to hold the auction on December 18, 1982.
Be it resolved by the Iredell County Board of
Commissioners hereby authorizes the Iredell County Manager,
J.'Wayne Deal, to dispose of the following list of personal
property belong to Iredell County. The date of the public
auction is Saturday, December 18, 1982, Hall of Justice
Parking Lot, corner of Tradd and Stockton Streets, Statesville,
NC. All sales are final, and payment must be in cash or
guaranteed check.
Be it further resolved that a summary of the surplus
items be published at least once and not less than ten (10)
days before the date of the auction.
