APPOINTMENT OF COUNTY ATTORNEY: Commissioner
Ostwalt nominated Robert N. Randall as County Attorney.
MOTION from Commissioner Murdock to close the nominations
and elect Mr. Randall by acclamation. VOTING: Ayes - 5;
Noes - 0.
The Chairman and other members of the Board expressed
their appreciation for the cooperation among the Board
members. Each said that he looked forward to serving another
term under the same conditions.
ADJOURN: Chairman Troutman adjourned the meeting
at 11:30 a.m. Next meeting: Tuesday, December 7, 1982,
7:30 p.m., Agricultural Center Conference Rooms 1 and 2.
