The $8,500 cost, if satisfied with the trial, will come from Contingency Fund. VOTING: Ayes - 5; Noes - 0. SURPLUS PROPERTY: The county manager, Wayne Deal, presented the board with a list of surplus property for the county. He said that he would like to get with the auctioneer who regularly auctions county property and set a date before the next commissioners' meeting. At that time, he would like for the board to declare the property as surplus and set a date for a public auction. TABLED until next meeting. ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE. AMENDMENTS: A discussion took place on the question of adding vaccination of cats to the present animal control ordinance.
