This increase is in line with past experience and rates at the two county -owned hospitals, which have been among the lowest in the country and are projected to be quite reasonable in comparison with other hospitals nationwide. And we would like to emphasize there should not be any tax increase in the future related to this bond issue. Taxes would be increased only if the hospitals were not able to pay the debt due to some unforeseen economic difficulty. Thank you. ALLEN KNOX, CHAIRMAN, IREDELL MEMORIAL Thank you. We have faith in the people of Iredell County. We have faith they can understand our needs and they can understand that we can and will pay back the debt from hospital revenues, not from taxes. We have two months ahead of us to have a full public discussion of the issues and we look forward to that. Tonight we ask that you give us the opportunity to tell the people about the needs by putting the issue on the November 2nd ballot, which could be held at no additional cost to the taxpayers.
