The Board of Commissioners thereupon designated the
County Finance Officer as the officer to make and file with
the Clerk the sworn statement of debt of the County which is
required by The Local Government Bond Act, as amended, to be
filed after bond orders have been introduced and before the
public hearing thereon.
Thereupon the County Finance Officer filed with the Clerk
in the presence of the Board, the sworn statement of debt as
required.
Thereupon the order entitled "ORDER AUTHORIZING $22,750,000
HOSPITAL FACILITIES BONDS" was passed on first reading.
