were made were minor. Commissioner Boone said some changes were
made; however, he didn't recall that Mr. Woodie ever indicated that
they would substantially affect the total price.
Commissioner Johnson requested that the engineers build a
trash dump that will get the job done.
Commissioner Madison said the station in Mooresville needed to
be built to last for 40-50 years.
