Statesville office should be open five days a week. Mr. Lail
advised that his office only had two employees (he and his
assistant). He said that due to some veterans having physical and
emotional problems that it was important to have the employees
remain together during predictable times. (Naturally, when one
employee is out sick, or during vacations, this cannot be done.)
