I -CARE, INC., REVIEW OF THE ANTI -POVERTY PLAN: Messrs. Paul Wilson, Director,
and Walter Kellogg, Ass't Director, I -Care, Inc., came before the board regarding
their annual Anti -Poverty Plan. According, to Mr. Wilson, this plan must be approved
by the county board of commissioners prior to submission to the State for approval.
Mr. Wilson gave an undate on the past year's program, saying they surpassed
their goals for the year. They trained over 360 persons for employement and placed
over 200 persons in the work force. Mr. Wilson said they do not anticipate any cut
backs on the programs in the coming, year.
