the 73,783 sq. ft. x $77 (amount used by Mr. Johnson) brought the
total for construction to $5,681,291. The total project would be
$7,455,334. There's administrative costs, demolition, land
acquisition of $340,572 and furnishings and equipment as well as
contingency ($284,065).
MOTION by Commissioner Johnson to approve $5.6 million for
the Mooresville Schools' Capital Needs for the State study.
