Can it be withdrawn at any time if there are any irregularities involved with this septage. Mr. Lundy said the County's ordinance does permit the commissioners to revoke the permit if he violates the terms under which it is issued. Commissioner Stewart inquired how the watershed regulations relates to this. Mr. Lundy said this is not in a prescribed watershed in Iredell County. SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUEST FOR LANDFARMING RESIDENTIAL SEPTAGE: MOTION from Commissioner Madison to grant the special exception request of the property rezoned under Case #9305-1, as recommended by the planning board and found to be in order by the county staff.
