HEALTH BENEFITS FOR RETIRED EMPLOYEES:
The county manager advised that it is more advantageous to assist people to retire when they
have enough years of service. Commissioner Madison asked if this plan would be
retroactive for past retirees. Mr. Mashburn said it would be for people currently on the
system.
PUBLIC HEARINGS: Mr. Jerry Lundy explained all of the public hearing items.
ADJOURN: Chairman Haire adjourned the meeting at 6:50 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. for the
regular meeting.
