Commissioner Stewart asked Mr. Lundy to read what is allowed

people in the audience could know what would be allowed. He began

Linda Souther - She said she and her husband are immediate
adjoining property owners. They are against the rezoning. She
asked if there is a saturation point insofar as industrialization
of the county is concerned.
Mr. Mashburn said that really is a policy question. The
policy for this county has been controlled growth and that is what
is being attempted at this time.
Mrs. Souther is concerned with the traffic on old Mountain
Road. She does not think lowering the speed limit will help the
traffic matter.
