ASSISTANCE WITH THE THIRD CREEK DAMS: A letter was sent by Tim Russell, Rowan
County Manager, advising that his board of commissioners had declined acceptance of the invoice
and had decided to delay a decision on financial participation until the FY 2000-2001 budget
process.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Haire adjourned the meeting for a refreshment break at
6:35 p.m.
