this road was paved by the developer in 1990. Whn the current list
of unpaved priorities was established in 1993, this road was not
included in the ratings. Based on

Mr. Rand also informed the board by his March 13, 1995 letter
that subdivision roads through priority 27 have been programmed for
Paving. As additional funds become available, they will program
priority 22a for paving.
