Fm—oTjONby Commissioner Fortner to hold a public hearing on May 5, 1998, 7:00 p.m., for
the purpose of considering economic development incentives for an undisclosed industrial prospect. The
incentives will include grading, development of the facility site, and training.
VOTING: Ayes - 5; Nays - 0.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Haire moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:30 p.m. NEXT
MEETING: Tuesday, April 21, 1998, 5:00 p.m. (Agenda Briefing) and 7:00 p.m. (Regular Meeting) in
the Iredell County Government Center, 200 South Center Street, Statesville, NC 28677.
