beneficial projects. The services included in this project are related to .services loaded into
HS/S as of 07/31/2002. While 1 understand that 1 am still responsible for maintaining
documentation for the services reported to DPH through HSIC, 1 understand that by
reassigning the services, 1 am transferring responsibility for payment of these claims to DPH
for any future audits and/or paybacks related to these services.
1 understand that DPH will maintain and use/distribute these funds in accordance with
all agreements by and between DPH, local health departments and DECs/CDSAs.

7. Request for Approval of a Proposed Temporary Assistance for Needy
Families (TANF) Budget Revision: Health Director Rabe, at the briefing, said this
budget revision would allocate women's preventive health TANF grant revenue of
$4,946 to the following:

Contracted services (Spanish interpreter) @ $3,575

Commissioner Madison made a olio to close the nominations and to appoint
Fulghum and Horn by acclamation.

Personnel Advisory Board 1 appointment): No nominations were submitted,
and Chairman Johnson made a olio to postpone the appointment until the November 4
meeting.
