absolving themselves of the responsibility while at the same time they were allowing
un -immunized people to cross the border into the United States. Robertson said
immunizations were required to attend schools, and a wide selection of other services,
but yet, people were illegally entering the US without these medical safeguards. He
said several diseases, such as tuberculosis, had been practically eradicated in the United
States, but the federal government's ineffectiveness in stopping illegal aliens was
making the nation's citizenry susceptible to these illnesses again.
