these amendments. basically lengthened (from 14 to 31 days) the amount of time
allowable for the subdivision administrator to review`and approve subdivision plats.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM (NIMS) TRAINING FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS: Assistant County
Manager Tracy Jackson said a four hour incident management course would be offered
in Mooresville on September 18, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. He said the course would explain
the roles and duties of elected officials during emergency/disaster situations.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Tice adjourned the briefing at 6:10 p.m.
