All other non-exempt employees may accrue not more than AQ 75 hours of compensatory time for overtime hours worked. 14. The county manager may authorize overtime pay for non-exempt and exempt employees who are needed to protect the health and/or safety of employees or the citizens of the county in tunes of disasters or emergency. Payroll Deductions Only payroll deductions specifically mandated or authorized by Federal, State and/or county officials may be deducted. Other deductions may be made with the approval of the Finance Officer if requested and authorized by the employee. 11. Pay Deductions A.
