Article 700: High Density
Section 701. High Density Agtieo-Development Standards
A. The Board of Commissioners may approve a prejeet-using -the high density option{etkerthm ene
evelopment}proposals consistent with the following standards:

Section 702. High Density Development Permit Application
A. A High Densitv Development Permit shall be required for new development exceeding the
requirements of the low density option.
B. Application for a High Densitv Development shalt be addressed and submitted to the Board
of Commissioners through the Planning Director. Application for High Density
Development Permit shall be made on the vrover form and shall include the followine
information:
