Capital Project Fund
EMS Statesville Main Base
Be it Ordained by the board of County Commissioners of Iredell County, North Carolina:
Section 1. Funds for this Capital Project Fund will be provided from the following source:
Operating Transfers from the Capital Reserve fund
Fiscal Year 2005-06 $ 225,000
Fiscal year 2006-07 775.000
Section 2. The following costs to purchase land, design, and construct a
Main base for Iredell County Emergency Medical Service will
be paid from this fund:
Project Costs

$ 1.000.000
Section 3. This Capital Project Fund shall continue until the project is complete.
Section 4. Payments from this Capital Project Fund shall be authorized by the County
Manager or his designee.
Section 5. Any funds remaining at the completion of the renovation shall be returned to the
Capital Reserve Fund.
This Project Ordinance is effective July 1, 2005.

Inspections & Code Enforcement Facility
Be it Ordained by the Board of County Commissioners of Iredell County, North Carolina:
Section 1. Funds for this Capital Project Fund will be provided from the following source:
Operating Transfers from the Capital Reserve Fund
Fiscal Year 2005-06 $ 365,000
Fiscal Year 2006-07 560,000
Section 2. The following costs to renovate the "old" DSS Facility on Center
Street as a public facility for Inspections and Code Enforcement
will be paid from this fund:
General Construction $ 925A0

Section 3. This Capital Project Fund shall continue until the project is complete.
Section 4. Payments from this Capital Project Fund shall be authorized by the County
Manager or his designee.
Section 5. Any funds remaining at the completion of the renovation shall be returned to the
Capital Reserve Fund.
