He said since that time, it had been realized the purchase of a generator was not an approved usage of commissary funds. Dowdle then requested to revise amendment 38, by utilizing the commissary funds to contract with the Ferguson Group for grant writing. He said the agency was asking $5,000 per month, and there was the possibility of obtaining $300,000 in grant funds.
