INVOCATION by Commissioner Bowles. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG ADJUSTMENTS OF THE AGENDA: OTIO by Chairman Tice to approve the following adjustments to the agenda. Additions: -The contract for Appropriate Punishment Options will be revised by deducting $12,340 to reflect the state cut in grant funds. -The Sheriff's Department added a request to purchase a surplus school bus ($1,000) out of commissary funds. -Closed Session for Property Acqurtmen/G.S. approval t I p l ( for Deletions: -The request from the Health Department for approval to apply a Healthy Carolinians' Grant was deleted from the agenda.
