REQUEST FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE CROSSROADS BEHAVIORAL
HEALTHCARE AGREEMENT: Chairman Haire explained that the officials
of Crossroads desired to retain the same officers (Chairman, Vice
Chairman, and Secretary) of the Area Board for the first three
months of operation. The new officers would be elected prior to
January 1, 1998.
MOTION by Commissioner Fortner to allow Crossroads to retain

MOTION by Commissioner Johnson to approve the revisions to the
April 7, 1987 Resolution Establishing the Fire Tax Service District
as recommended by the county manager.
