There is hereby levied a tax rate of $ .47 per One Hundred Dollars Valuation of property listed for taxes as of January 1, 2001. Total property valuation for ad valorem taxes for 2001-2002 Fiscal Year is estimated to be $10,653,773,846. The tax collection rate for Fiscal Year 2001-2002 is estimated to be 96.35%. Section 4. Schedule B taxes shall be levied in accordance with the North Carolina Revenue Act. Section 5. All ABC - 5 cents Bottle Tax Revenues received from Code 347-01 of the 2001-2002 General Fund Revenues are hereby designated to support the County's 2001-2002 appropriation designated for alcoholic rehabilitation programs. 17
