Chairman Haire moved to accept the ex -officio appointments as
presented.

NEN BUBINESSS Chairman Haire mentioned she had recently
attended a Board Chairman Workshop in Asheville that proved to be
very informative and helpful.
COUNTY MANAGER'S REPORT: Mr. Mashburn reminded the group of
the Annual Employee Christmas Luncheon scheduled for Friday,
December 20, 1996, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., at the Agricultural
Center.
