RECOGNITION O! SUSAN ELUNENSTEIN: Chairman Haire stated she
had received word that Mrs. Blumenstein had qualified as a
certified Local Governmental Finance Officer. The program
completed by Blumenstein required successful completion of a
rigorous and comprehensive four-part examination taken over two
days in the subjects of accounting, budgeting, financial
management, and cash management and investments.
AWOURMUMIT: MOTION by Chairman Haire to adjourn the meeting.
