CALL TO ORDER by Chairman Tice.
JEFF MCKAV REQUESTS A PUBLIC HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2000,
REGARDING AN ECONOMIC INCENTIVE FOR PLASTIFLEX NORTH CAROLINA,
LLC: McKay, the Director for the Greater Statesville Development Corporation, was accompanied
to the meeting by Steven Dunn,
a representative Plastiflex. McKay said the company
manufactured flexible hoses and Planned to lease a 64,0000 0 sq.
