Director Vernon explained during the briefing that in order for the county to subdivide this property,
a plan had to be submitted to the Town ofMooresville's Subdivision Technical Review (,onullittec.
Previously, the board commissioners agreed to allow the staff to pursue the sale of the property.
Moores"commissioners lie's representatives reviewed the site and requested that the county dedicate a 50 -fool strip
along the western edge of the existing sewer line right-of-way.
