JUVENILE CRIME PREVENTION COUNCIL (3 appts.): Commissioner Fortner
nominated Sallie Daley and Camille Moore, No further nominations were submitted, and Chairman
Tice movedtoclose the nominations, appoint Daley and Moore by acclamation, and to postpone
the remaining appointment until the July 11, 2000 meeting.
VOTING: Ayes - 5; Nays - 0.
COUNTY MANAGER'S REPORT: A written report was distributed. In addition, the
county manager briefed the board members on the City/County Manager's meeting.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Tice moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:40 p.m. NEXT
MEETING: Tuesday, July 11, 2000, Iredell County Government Center, 200 South Center Street,
Statesville, NC (4:30 p.m., Work First Report, 5:00 p.m., Briefing and 7:00 p.m, Regular Business
Items).
