No mobile home of any class shall be permitted to be placed within the jurisdiction of this
Ordinance (or moved and placed if already within the jurisdiction of this Ordinance)
unless it was constructed (after -June -15j-1975) [less than twenty years from the date
of the Zoning Permit after July 1. 1976 and unless it meets or exceeds the construction
standards promulgated by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
that were in effect at the time of construction.
