Planning board, along with the planning supervisor, to review the signage matter.
MOTION by Commissioner Stewart to request that Mr. Allison talk with the Planning
Board Chairman about the matter and to advise that it had been suggested that David Sides and
Allan Williams, both members of the planning board, along with any other members deemed
appropriate by the planning board chairman, to comprise a committee for review ofthe ofl=premises
sign ordinance as it relates to agriculture and small businesses. (Upon completion of the
committee's review, the commissioners will be notified about the findings and/or recommendations,)
VOTING: Ayes - 5; Nays - 0.
Commissioner Bowles asked about "pending signs" at the current time. Allison said his
Office could re-evaluate them, but he would have some concerns about letting them be in a pending
status for an extended length of time.
