TOWN OF TROUTMAN BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (i appt.): Commissioner Fortner
nominated Keith Kelly for a reappointment. Chairman Tice moved to close the nominations and
appoint Kelly by acclamation.

ADULT CARE HOME COMMUNITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE (i appt) No
nominations were submitted, and Chairman Ticemoved to postpone the appointment until the
March 7 meeting.

SOUTH IREDELL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORP (2 aoots : In accordance
with the SICDC bylaws, Commissioner Bowles nominated the Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners, Sara Haire Tice, and the lredellCounty Manager, Joel Mashburn. Chairman Tice moved
to close the nominations and appoint the chairman of the board of commissioners (Tice) and the
county manager (Mashburn) by acclamation.
