3. REQUEST FOR PERMISSION TO ALLOW A HIGHER LEAVE RATE
ACCRUAL FOR TRACY JACKSON, EMS DIRECTOR: It was approved for Mr. Jackson to
accrue ten hours of vacation leave a month instead of the entry level of 6.67. This will allow him
to take three weeks of vacation a year instead of two weeks.
