OTHER: Commissioner Bowles said he understood there was a child abuse case that might
be receiving media attention in the next few days. He also mentioned that several residents living
off Woodbridge Lane in Mooresville were seeking road improvements. It was explained that the
only assistance the county had ever given, pertaining to roads, was with paving. However, the
paving was done only if the roads were on the state maintained list.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Tice adjourned the briefing session at 6:40 p.m.
