EXPIRATION OF
COMlt•IITMENT: The interest rates in this proposal to lend will expire on August
29, 2002 if not accepted in writing by that date, or extended in
writing by Batik.
Unless otherwise provided in the Installment Financing Agreement executed by the Bank
and Borrower, the provisions contained herein will survive die closing of the Loan.
This proposal is not intended to be all inclusive, and other standard terms and conditions
may be included in the Installment Financing Agreement and related loan documents.
If accepted, this Letter should be signed by an authorized official of the Borrower in the space
provided below and returned to the undersigned. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate
