MOTION from Commissioner Haire to purchase three units from Carolina Tractor at a total bid
price of $275,576, including the foam filled tires (extra) and the solid rubber tires (extra) and
the four attachments.

RESOLUTION FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT APPROVAL FOR LANDFILL PERMIT: MOTION from Commissioner Haire
to approve the following resolution:
(RESOLVED), that the Board of County Commissioners of Iredell County hereby grants prior
approval for the issuance of a sanitary landfill permit by the Division of Solid Waste Management to
Iredell County, said landfill to be established on approximately 60 acres, shown on the attached
map, located within Iredell County, which acreage does not lie within any incorporated city or town,
not within the extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction of any city of town.
VOTING: Ayes - 5; Nays - 0.
