TRI -COUNTY AGENCY DISCUSSED: Mrs. Dorothy Harrison, a member of the Tri -County Mental Health Board and a member of the Iredell County Alliance for the Mentally Ill, came before the board. She said that being a member of the Tri -County Mental Health Board has been a frustrating experience. She said there were problems within the board and they were working to correct them. Their original
