Due to this problem, the Iredell County Partnership for Children has asked for state funds (Families for Kids II Initiative) to be transmitted DSS. A contract between the Partnership and DSS will then be created in order for the money to be transferred to the Partnership. 8. REQUEST FROM THE CROSSROADS BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS REQUESTING APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE REORGANIZATION: The following resolution was adopted. ER _EAS in response to the recommendations of the Study of State Psychiatric Hospitals and Area Mental Health Programs completed by the Public Consulting Group, Inc., under the oversight ojtlre State Auditor, the General Assembly has created the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services; and, WH_.
