I REQUEST FOR THE RELEASE OFA CASH BOND FOR THE PADGETT FARMS
SUBDIVISION: Planning Supervisor Ron Smith explained during the briefing that Mrs. Leota
Padgett had requested the release of Cash Bond #31742 for the Padgett Fars ed
off Subdivision located
Speaks Road (SR 1847). The bond is in the amount of $1,500 and was used to cover the costed
a fire hydrant installation. Correspondence from the Padgett family indicates the hydrant was
installed on February 7, 2001
