hospital proposal.
Smith said yes. He said the hospital corporation wanted to bring closure to the old hospital
site.
Mashburn said he was understanding the board members were indicating the Fluor Daniel
proposal was preferred over the joint project with the Town of Mooresville.
OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS: Personnel Officer Harris, Chief Deputy
Proctor, Fire Marshal Gallyon, and Health Director Rabethen explained routine administrative items
from their departments.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Tice adjourned the briefing session at 6:40 p.m.
