Of Commissioners to:
I Consent to the selection of the location for the new ADR/Wayside Replacement School and
to Authorize the Iredell-Statesville School Board to Proceed with the Property Purchase.
2• Decline the Offer to Purchase Two (2) Pieces of Property Located on Lakeshore School
Road. (One piece of property being 19.5 acres on the east side of the entrance road and the other
tract being 0.7 acres at the entrance - - triangle of Perth and Wilson Lake Roads).
VOTING: Ayes - 5; Nays - 0.
ADJOURNMENT: MOTION by Chairman Tice to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 p.m.
