b) The unpaid portion will be secured by a statutory lien in
favor of Iredell County upon the real estate adjoining

7. A public hearing on all matters covered by this preliminary assessment
resolution will be held on February 18, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. in the
Commissioners Meeting Room of the County Government Center, 200 South
Center Street, Statesville, North Carolina 28677.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCIES OCCURRING ON BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
YOUTH HOME ADVISORY BOARD: Announcement was made of a vacancy occurring on the captioned
board. The Reverend Tom Baker, Assistant Pastor at First Baptist Church, Davie Avenue, is unable to
attend the meetings because of a conflict. The term expires 10/31/93.
TRI -COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH BOARD: This vacancy has occurred because Dr. Steve McKinnon resigned
from the board. The term expires 9/30/92.

Commissioner Mitchell nominated Ruth Starks, alternate, for a one-year term to expire 2/8/93.

FIRE PREVENTION CODE OF APPEALS:

on the Keep Iredell Clean board.
